Details

First the six millefiori canes are melted into the glass. The next layer of glass is taken from the furnace and the lilac petals are created, followed by the deep purple petals. Lastly the green leaves are picked up from a graphite stencil and melted in behind the flower. Once cool a concave facet is ground and polished on the front.
