Crafting Method: The bubble is blown up first and then the white thistle is picked up from a graphite stencil which this is then melted into the surface of the glass. A final gather of glass is taken and then the greens, blues and purple colours twisted and melted in below the thistle. A front facet is cut and polished when the paperweight is cool.
