Swirls of tartan twist around the bubble inside.
Design Inspiration: Scottish.
Crafting Method: The large bubble is blown up inside the clear glass with compressed air. A metal plate with the tartan pattern cut into the surface is used to create the tartan design inside. Coloured chips of glass are melted in on top of the tartan design and twisted around the bubble inside. The whole piece is then encased in more clear glass and shaped and manipulated with wooden blocks and metal tools.
